Description Twist Lock An eyelet is attached to the post allowing the backstroke flags to tied or clipped to the post. When inserting the post you will need to twist the post until it locks into position. The twist lock requires the use AQ-PS01/TL Post Sockets for 38mm or other diameters available. Fina Rules: FR 2.9 Backstroke Turn Indicators – Flagged ropes shall be suspended across the pool, 1.8 metres above the water surface, from fixed standards placed 5.0 metres from each end wall. Distinctive marks must be placed on both sides of the pool, and where possible on each lane rope, 15.0 metres from each end wall.
