Description This configuration of the SmartGoals SkillCourt is used to train endurance and speed. In a personal app, the results are visible to one hundredth of an accuracy, allowing performance to be compared and increased. Pre-programmed exercises and tests are: short/long sprints, endurance tests and interval training. The user frequency, target group analysis and popular user times are visible to the client in the SmartGoals platform. All data is anonymised.
